Illinois Department of Agriculture licensure requires all dogs staying or playing require up to date proof of immunizations be on file. 

Vaccinations to stay or play at Briggs:

• Rabies
• Bordetella  
• DHLPP 

We suggest having these on file a minimum of 4 weeks before stay, so we can make sure you're up to date. This helps us, help you with last minute frustrations and sometimes necessary reservation cancellations. Some vaccines require being completed 2 weeks prior to stay. 

Vaccination Exceptions- Rarely, and under the expressed written authorization of a DVM, we are willing to explore vaccination exceptions. They would have to be current on all vaccinations deemed necessary by Dept. of Ag, Veterinarian, and a well established patient. The lack of vaccine would have implications on the boarding style of the dog, with an individualized plan for the stay, and these would be on a case by case basis.
